1.Press the On/Off button once to turn on ageLOC® Galvanic Body Spa®. Touch the chrome activators with moistened hand.
2.Apply ageLOC® Body Shaping Gel to the treatment area, gently touch the conductive surface against the area for the current level to self-adjust.
3.Enjoy 5 minutes Spa treatment, then wipe away excess gel with a damp cloth. Use 3 times a week.
4.For optimal results, suggested to use with ageLOC® Dermatic Effects® Body Contouring Lotion, once in the morning and once at night.

Use once a day three days a week on upper arms, abdomen, buttocks, and/or thighs. Apply gel liberally to area to be treated and rinse hands. Use instrument to gently massage area until treatment cycle is complete. Wipe away excess product with a damp cloth. For best results, follow with ageLOC® Dermatic Effects.

Apply twice daily, morning and night to problem areas— upper arms, thighs, buttocks, and/or abdomen. For best results, combine with your ageLOC® Body Shaping Gel regimen.
